We cannot guarantee a full refund for the cancellation of services. However, if you change your mind after making a payment for a service, we will act in accordance with the following policy. Refunds or cancellations will only be considered based on the guidelines outlined here.

  • TechBuddies IT Services Pvt Ltd does not offer any refunds if incorrect information has been provided by you. Once work has commenced or been completed, no refunds or money back for services are provided.
  • If you wish to prevent TechBuddies IT Service from starting the project, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. If the project has not begun within these 24 hours, TechBuddies IT Service will deduct incurred expenses, charges, and admin fees before issuing a refund.
  • or monthly or yearly service, if you want to cancel, you must notify Techbuddies IT Service at least 30 business days before the next billing period unless specified otherwise in your Contract or Service Agreement with us.
  • If You cancel the service after the notice period and your account has been incorrectly charged, we will refund 100% of that amount.
  • Techbuddies IT Service does not offer any refunds for funds spent on search engines, for the services already delivered, or any other miscellaneous charges that are non-recoverable for Techbuddies IT Service, and refunding them causes any loss to Techbuddies IT Service.

If you don’t want to continue using any of our services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments, or concerns about our refund policy, please contact us. Be sure to provide your full name, company name, and the service you want to be canceled.

All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless or until you receive confirmation from our accounts department. The confirmation email given by our Accounts department will act as proof of the cancellation of service.
